Q1. What are the exclusive benefits with the Watsons Membership Card (hereafter referred to as Watsons Card)?
A1. The exclusive benefits that you will receive from the Watsons Card are:
1. Apply once and receive a lifetime membership status.
2. All Watsons’ members will receive 1 reward points for every Baht 25. - of purchase at Watsons stores.
3. Every 500 reward points are worth Baht 50. - And it can be used instead of cash to purchase products from Watsons stores. (The membership reward points will expire within 2 years according to annual calendar count, for example; If customers receive reward points on December 1, 2009, the reward points will expire on December 31, 2010)
4. Receive 5% discount for Watsons products.
(Except special promotion products: Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 & Save, Buy 3 & Save, One Baht Promotion for Second Item, Mix ‘n Match Promotion and products participating the Buffet Promotion)
5. Receive 10 times* bonus points when receiving services at Watsons Store during 3 days period of your Birthday (1 day before your birthday, on your birthday and 1 day after your birthday) The company reserves the rights to provide the 10 times bonus points only for the first buy in the mentioned period, for example; Customers born on January 10th will receive the privilege of the bonus points if he/she purchase products during January 9th , 10th and 11th . If the customer made the first buy on January 9th, the customer will receive the 10 times bonus points for it and for the next buy, customer will receive normal reward points.
6. Receive special price products Only for Members in each month promotion.
7. Receive bonus points for products participating in the promotion.**
8. Members will receive the privilege to join any activities with Watsons (in accordance with the company’s condition).
9. Members are able to check reward points, get informed of any special promotions and receive member’s news at www.watsons.co.th. ***
10. Members will receive free Watson news & information through many info. Channels. ***
11. Many other privileges reserved only for Watsons Members.
*Except bonus point products / bonus points are not included in the promotion.
**Reserve rights to deny the ‘10 times bonus points promotion’ (No. 5) to participate with the bonus point products.
***Only for members that have activated their membership through the system already.

Q3. Is presenting my Watsons Card all I need to do to enjoy every member benefit?
A3. The Watsons Card issued is un-activated and cannot be used to redeemed benefits with reward points. To enjoy a full range of member benefits, you need to activate your membership card through our website or fill in your information in the application form and send it back via postal. Q4. Why can’t I redeem goods with the reward points accumulated in my membership card at your store?
A4. The Watsons Card that is un-activated cannot be used to redeem benefits with reward points but is able to accumulate reward points. To enjoy a full range of member benefits, you need to activate your membership card through www.watsons.co.th or via postal. For more information, please contact Call center: Tel.02-975-5959

Q5. Is it true that 50 bonus points will be credited to every membership account once we activate our membership cards?
A5. No. Only those who activate their membership cards online (www.watsons.co.th) will be granted 50 additional bonus points. Members who activate their cards via postal will not be entitled to this benefit.

A8. With your membership card, you may enjoy all member-exclusive benefits at every Watsons stores in cities covered by the Watsons Card Program in Thailand.

Q9. For the same member-exclusive special offer, can I enjoy the benefit more than once with my Watsons Card? (E.g. In the “Buy A get B free” special offer, can members buy more than one piece of Product A so that he may get an equivalent number of Product B for free?)
A9. Normally, there is no personal quota in the purchase of products on special offer. However, some promotional schemes may, according to practical concerns, include quotas for each member (e.g. coupon-required special offers). Members may refer to the rules of each promotional event for detailed explanation.

Q10. Are products discounted exclusively for members exchangeable and returnable?
A10. Requests of this sort would be processed as cases concerning products of regular price. If the case complies with conditions provided in the service agreement, requests for the exchange or return of goods will be granted. (For details, please refer to the Q&A list regarding reward points.)

Q11. Are products on special offer exclusively to members of inferior quality or reaching expiry date?
A11. In the effort to express our gratitude to customers for their loyal support, Watsons collaborate closely with its suppliers for better deals, directly benefiting the customers. Therefore, products on special offer exclusively to members will not be of inferior quality or reaching expiry date. On the contrary, they are often hot selling items selected exclusively for members.

Q12. Will there be reward points credited to my account as usual for purchases of goods on special offer exclusively to members?
A12. Yes. But the reward points offered will be based on the actual settled amount for the purchase and under the current promotional conditions.

A13. Members may receive relevant information regarding Watsons’ member benefits, promotions and other marketing activities through our website and promotional materials. Members will receive information by cases sent through SMS and Email.
